Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves market research, client interaction, reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall sales objectives of the organization.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, field visits, references, and networking.
  2. Promote and sell company products by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing sales effectively.
  3. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing timely support, information, and follow-ups.
  4. Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor products, and share relevant market insights with management.
  5. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including lead status, follow-ups, orders, and revenue achieved.
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by adhering to company standards and resolving client queries or concerns promptly.
  7. Maintain and improve product knowledge and sales skills through internal training, workshops, and self-learning initiatives.
  8. Achieve assigned sales targets consistently and take proactive efforts to improve sales performance month-on-month.
