We are looking for motivated individuals to join Equitas Bank as **Business Development Officers**. Your primary responsibility will be opening current and savings accounts for customers within a 7-10 km radius of your assigned location.

- **Position:** Business Development Officer

 - **Work:** Near your location (across Bangalore)  

- **Salary:** Up to 4.5 LPA (25% hike based on your current salary)  

- **Work Timing:** Banking hours  

- **Education:** Graduation (mandatory)  

- **Experience:** 6 months to 3 years in Banking, CASA, Loans, or Insurance  

- **Languages:** Fluency in the local language and good English communication skills  

- **Requirements:**  

 - Bike and valid driving license  

 - Interest in fieldwork  

 - Age limit is 30

**Responsibilities:**  

- Visit assigned locations to engage with customers.  

- Promote and open current and savings accounts.  

- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
