Job Title: Sales Promoter

Location: Metro Cash & carry, Uppal, AP

Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹17,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoters for our FMCG stores and supermarkets in Uppal. The ideal candidate should have completed at least Class 10 and be passionate about engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Promote and demonstrate FMCG products in retail stores and supermarkets.

●      Engage customers proactively to explain product features and benefits.

●      Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

●      Assist customers in selecting products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

●      Maintain accurate daily reports on sales, customer feedback, and stock levels.

●      Collaborate with store management and the sales team to optimize product displays and promotions.

Requirements:

●      Minimum educational qualification: Class 12 pass.

●      Male or female candidates can apply.

●      Good communication skills basic English is advantageous.

●      Previous experience in sales or retail promotion is a plus but not mandatory.

●      Ability to interact confidently with customers and work in a team.

●      Willing to work flexible shifts as per store hours.
