Our mission is to deliver comfort, clarity, and confidence to every customer journey. Role Overview We are seeking an energetic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales performance, and supporting clients throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive follow-ups, client meetings, and site visits.

• Site Visits Coordination: Schedule and conduct property site visits, addressing client queries and ensuring a smooth experience.

• CRM Management: Maintain timely and accurate records of client interactions, lead progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to provide insightful advice to clients.

• Lead Conversion: Work with the marketing and pre-sales teams to convert leads into closures.

• Developer Interaction: Collaborate with developers to ensure inventory access, special offers, and seamless deal processing.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support. Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.

• Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
