📍 Location: Bengaluru (Work within 10–12 KM radius around Majestic)
🏢 Office: IndiQube Alpha, Marathahalli
🔹 Open Roles:1. FOS Agents
- Field role – Restaurant onboarding
- Attractive incentives:
- 1–50: No Incentive
- 51–75: ₹300 per onboarding
- 76+: ₹350 per onboarding
💰 Referral Bonus: ₹1000 per successful hire
2. Team Leader (TL)
- 3+ years of FOS/FOC experience required
- Salary: ₹35K–₹38K + TA + Incentives
- Handling a team of 15 agents
TL Incentives (Team Avg.):
- 1–50: No Incentive
- 51–75: ₹15 per onboarding
- 76+: ₹25 per onboarding
- 🎯 Additional Benefits:₹200/day Travel Allowance (paid weekly)
- 3 Days Training at Ownly Office
