We solve terrace leakage, bathroom seepage, and heat problems with certified applicators and warranties starting from 5 years. We're building a premium brand in an industry full of broken promises and we need someone sharp to help us grow.

The Role

Field Sales Executive the face of HOW in Bangalore. You'll meet homeowners, inspect sites, diagnose problems, present solutions, and close deals. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a fast-moving startup.

Compensation

• Base: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
• Incentives: ₹1,500 - ₹2,500 per closed project
• Total potential: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000/month
• Petrol allowance included

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct site inspections and diagnose waterproofing issues
• Prepare and present quotes to customers
• Close deals and hit monthly targets
• Coordinate with applicators for project execution
• Collect reviews and referrals from happy customers
• Represent HOW at business networking events
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline

You Should Apply If

• You have 1 year in sales (construction/real estate/home services preferred)
• You can explain technical concepts simply to homeowners
• You're presentable, confident, and comfortable meeting strangers
• You own a two-wheeler and know Bangalore well
• You want to grow with a company, not just collect a salary
