Job Description
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard restaurants onto a leading food delivery platform. This is a high-earning field role with fixed salary, daily travel allowance, and attractive performance-based incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach restaurants in assigned areas
- Pitch and onboard restaurants onto the food delivery platform
- Complete documentation and onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Willingness to work in the field
- Smartphone mandatory
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 CTC
- Travel Allowance: ₹200 per day (₹5,200/month)
- Incentives: Up to ₹35,000+ per month
- Total Monthly Earning: ₹75,000+ (performance-based)
