Job Description
- 🔧 Site Coordination & SupervisionVisit project sites regularly to monitor work progress
- Ensure execution matches approved drawings and designs
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors
- 📋 Execution & Quality ControlCheck material quality, measurements, and workmanship
- Identify and resolve site-level issues quickly
- Ensure finishing, fittings, and installations meet design standards
- 🧾 Materials & InventoryAssist in material selection and procurement
- Track material delivery, usage, and wastage
- Verify bills, measurements, and work completion
- 🤝 Client & Team CommunicationAct as a point of contact between designers, clients, and site teams
- Update seniors/designers about site progress and challenges
- Help explain technical or execution details to clients when required
- ⏱️ Time & Cost ManagementHelp maintain project timelines
- Support cost control by minimizing rework and delays
- Report daily/weekly progress to the office
- Safety & ComplianceEnsure basic site safety practices are followed
- Confirm work aligns with drawings, building norms, and standards
- Key Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of interior drawings and materials
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple vendors
