Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be responsible for lead generation, arranging and conducting site visits, client follow-ups, and handling end-to-end documentation support until booking.

• Key Responsibilities

• Lead ManagementGenerate and handle inbound & outbound leads
• Qualify clients based on budget, configuration, and timeline
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up data

• Site Visit Management

• Arrange and schedule site visits with clients
• Personally accompany clients for project site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
• Coordinate with developers' sales teams during visits

• *Sales & Closing Support

• Follow up with clients post-visit
• Support negotiation and booking process
• Assist in deal closure
• DocumentationCollect and verify KYC documents
• Coordinate booking forms and payment receipts
• Ensure smooth documentation between client and developer
• Track agreement and registration process
