Job Description

Field Sales & Customer Engagement Executive

Location: South India (Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad + key markets) | Reports to: Sales Head


Role: Own on-ground account growth and customer satisfaction for FMCG Fresh produce partners.

Drive order growth, resolve issues fast, and onboard new customers.

  • ResponsibilitiesManage assigned accounts with a minimum 3 client visits/week plus daily calls/emails
  • Deliver daily/weekly/monthly sales targets; grow order frequency and product mix
  • Generate leads, close new accounts, and complete onboarding/training
  • Coordinate with ops/delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment; handle complaints and escalations
  • Track payments and follow up on delays
  • Execute in-store activations and seasonal campaigns
  • Update CRM daily; share weekly sales, pipeline, and market insights


Requirements

  • 2–4 years field sales experience (FMCG/retail distribution/B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, follow-through; comfortable with CRM/email reporting
  • Willing to travel across South India; flexible with hours when needed
