Job Description

Role Summary:The Field Sales Executive – Leasing will be responsible for onboarding property owners and tenants, conducting site visits, negotiating lease terms, and closing leasing deals. The role requires extensive fieldwork, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate leasing market.


Key Responsibilities:🏠

  • Owner OnboardingIdentify and onboard property owners for residential/commercial leasing
  • Explain leasing terms, brokerage structure, and company services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
  • Collect property details, documents, and photographs


🧑‍💼 Tenant OnboardingUnderstand tenant requirements (location, budget, size, tenure)


  • Source suitable properties and arrange site visits
  • Coordinate between owners and tenants to close deals
  • Ensure smooth tenant onboarding and handover


📍 Field Sales & Market Activities:


  • Conduct regular field visits and property inspections
  • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and networking
  • Maintain strong presence in assigned territory / micro-market
  • Track market trends, rental values, and competitor activity


🎯 Sales & Target Management:


  • Achieve monthly leasing targets (closures / value-based)
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures
  • Update daily activity reports and pipeline status


📄 Documentation & Coordination:


  • Support lease agreement process and documentation
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and accounts teams
  • Ensure proper closure documentation and compliance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in real estate leasing or field sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of leasing concepts (rent, deposit, lock-in, escalation)
  • Familiarity with local real estate market
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork


Education & Experience:Minimum qualification:


  • Any graduate (preferred)
  • Experience: 3+years in real estate leasing / field sales
  • Compensation & Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
