Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring skilled and dedicated Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians to install, repair, and maintain kitchen equipment at hotels, restaurants, and cloud kitchens across Karnataka. Candidates should have hands-on experience in servicing ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and other commercial kitchen appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (electrical/gas)

Perform routine maintenance and servicing as per schedule

Attend service calls and resolve issues on-site across Karnataka

Identify parts replacement needs and coordinate with the service team

Maintain accurate reports of service calls, customer feedback, and repairs

Ensure safety standards and compliance while handling gas or electrical appliances

Educate customers on equipment usage and basic care

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or relevant field

Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances (Oven, Dishwasher, Fryer, Burner, etc.)

Willingness to travel frequently across Karnataka

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Own bike and valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with brands like Rational, Hobart, Electrolux, or similar equipment

Ability to handle emergency breakdowns quickly

Good customer interaction and service reporting skills
