Field Supervisor

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven BTL (Below the Line) Supervisor to manage and execute field marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-ground promotional campaigns, managing promoters, and ensuring effective brand visibility and lead generation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute BTL marketing activities such as roadshows, activations, kiosks, and promotional campaigns.
• Supervise field promoters and brand ambassadors during campaigns.
• Ensure proper branding, merchandising, and visibility at activation locations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaign strategies effectively.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and report campaign results.
• Handle logistics, materials, and promotional assets for field activities.
• Build relationships with local vendors and partners for campaign execution.
• Ensure campaigns meet lead generation and engagement targets.
