Finance Executive

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting functions, monthly closings, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of accounting principles and regulatory filings, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that demands accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

1.    The employee shall be responsible for all day to day accounting activities including accounting for Purchases, Sales, Expenses, Inventory, Employee Claims, Payroll, Receivables, Payables, Bank Operations, Purchase of Assets, Settlement of Liabilities.

2.    S/he shall be responsible for Monthly Book Closing, Management Reporting (MIS) including Unit wise and Vertical wise P&L, and any other reporting needs of the Management.

3.    S/he shall be responsible for all monthly regulatory filings such as GST, TDS, PF and also annual compliances relating to various statutory requirements.

4.    S/he shall make all payments to Suppliers, Employees, Payroll, Statutory payments strictly in accordance with the instructions of the Management.

5.    S/he shall prepare weekly cash flow and monthly Bank Reconciliation statements.

6.    S/he shall provide any other support that is required for the Operations of the Company.

7.    S/he shall coordinate with Auditors, Bankers, External Consultants and Others as may be required in the discharging of responsibilities.

8.    S/he shall coordinate with various functions for periodic inventory verification.

Key Qualifications & Experience

1.    B.Com preferably with Inter CMA.

2.    Minimum Experience of 5+ years with at least 3 years of experience of using Tally.

3.    Hands on knowledge of Accounting, GST, Tax and Statutory regulations.

4.    Excellent understanding of Services and Retail Industry.
