Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Tracking & Reporting Executive to manage daily financial tracking, MIS reporting, and operational data reporting across marketplaces and internal teams. This role is critical for maintaining financial hygiene and enabling data-driven decisions.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Finance Tracking

• Track daily sales, collections, payouts, and expenses
• Maintain revenue, cost, and margin trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Reconcile marketplace payouts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.)
• Track vendor invoices, payments, and outstanding dues
• Assist in GST data preparation and coordination with CA

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
• Create reports for:
• Sales performance
• Ad spends & ROAS (with marketing team inputs)
• Inventory & operational expenses
• Share structured reports with founders and functional heads
• Ensure accuracy, version control, and timely reporting

General & Cross-Functional Support

• Support finance and operations in audits or data requests
• Maintain clean documentation and financial records
• Help standardize reporting formats and dashboards

Skills & Requirements

• Command over Tally or Zoho tool
• Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Basic understanding of accounting & financial tracking
• Experience with MIS reporting
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Prior experience in D2C / e-commerce is a plus
