🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and be capable of maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:-

💰Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Maintain ledger entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping

📊 Financial Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Support audit requirements and compliance processes

🏦 Banking & Compliance:

• Coordinate with banks for transactions and documentation
• Handle payments, deposits, and other banking activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

🔗 Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams for financial data and approvals
• Coordinate with vendors for payments and billing
• Maintain financial records and documentation systematically

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Mandatory: Working knowledge of Tally
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in GST, invoicing, and compliance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
