Job Description
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with accounting standards
- Post accounting entries related to income, expenses, provisions, and accruals
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks and discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to maker-checker controls and internal SOPs
- Assist in preparation of regulatory and RBI-related financial reports
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and audit requirements
- Support internal, concurrent, and statutory audits
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial MIS
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide financial data and reports to senior management
