Finance Executive

JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing dealership financial transactions, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, and timely reporting in line with Maruti Suzuki and company guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Handle daily accounting

entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers

·        Manage vehicle

invoicing, customer receipts, and reconciliation with DMS (Autoline / SAP / Dealer Management System)

·        Maintain bank

transactions, cheque handling, cash flow tracking, and bank reconciliations

·        Coordinate with sales,

service, and insurance teams for billing, discounts, and approvals

·        Process GST

compliance – returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), input credit reconciliation, and statutory filings

·        Assist in month-end

closing, MIS reports, and audit requirements

·        Monitor dealer

incentives, claims, and reimbursements from Maruti Suzuki

·        Support internal and

statutory audits by providing records and explanations

·        Ensure compliance with company

policies, taxation laws, and OEM guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce /

Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

·        1–3 years of experience in automobile

dealership finance/accounts (preferred)

·        Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and

basic taxation

·        Experience with DMS software, Tally, and MS Excel

·        Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

·        Good coordination and communication skills

·        Timely GST and statutory compliance

·        Zero audit observations

·        On-time MIS and reconciliation completion
