Finance Manager

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports strategic business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
