Job Title: Financial Consultant – Insurance

Job Summary:


The Financial Consultant is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable life insurance and investment solutions. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through ethical selling and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking.


Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and insurance requirements.


Recommend appropriate insurance and investment products (Life, Health, Term, ULIP, etc.).


Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the organization.


Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities.


Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI).


Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product and sales knowledge.


Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Good knowledge of financial and insurance products.


Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Eligibility / Qualifications:


Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).


Age: 21 years and above.


Experience: Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred (freshers with passion for sales may also apply).


IRDAI license (if not available, training will be provided to obtain it).
