Job DescriptionWe are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Fitters to join our production and installation team. The ideal candidate should have experience in metal fitting and assembly, particularly in the context of signage or related fabrication work. This role involves precise execution of fitting tasks based on technical drawings and coordination with welders and fabricators to deliver high-quality signage solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from mechanical drawings, layout plans, and measurements.
• Fit and assemble structural frameworks and components using tools such as grinders, cutting machines, and drills.
• Assist welders by aligning and holding parts in position for welding.
• Conduct measurements and markings for precise cutting and fitting of materials.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks, including drilling, grinding, and finishing.
• Collaborate with the design, fabrication, and installation teams for accurate execution of signage projects.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and safe condition.
• Participate in on-site signage installations when required.
• QualificationsITI certification in Fitting, Fabrication, or a related trade.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Fitter (experience in signage manufacturing is an added advantage).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in using cutting, measuring, and hand tools.
• Basic understanding of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety.
• Physically fit and capable of handling metal components and working in diverse environments.
