🔹 Job Role: Floor Coordinator (Grahak Mitra)

You will support and guide customers inside SBI branches to ensure smooth service and a great banking experience.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification: Any Degree (Mandatory)

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Banking / Service Industry Preferred) – Any experience can apply

🎂 Age Limit: 21 to 30 Years

🚻 Gender: Male / Female

💰 Salary

✔️ ₹25,000 CTC

📝 Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist customers/visitors inside the branch

• Guide customers in filling forms and completing transactions

• Ensure no customer is left unattended

• Help customers migrate to digital channels (ATM, ADWM, INB, YONO, UPI, etc.)

• Support branch staff by reducing workload

• Share information about SBI products & services

• Basic operational knowledge of ATM, INB, UPI & digital banking
