Job Description
Responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product selection, handling billing, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service in the bakery outlet.
Greet and assist customers in selecting bakery and pastry products.
Handle billing and cash/card transactions at the counter.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the display area, counters, and seating area.
Coordinate with the kitchen/production team for product availability.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
Follow company SOPs, food safety, and service standards.
