To strengthen our market presence, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distributor channels.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Conduct product presentations and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Handle negotiations with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and product launches.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain sales records.
  • Travel within assigned territories to build and expand customer base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12th pass, Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be given preference.”.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Food products.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
