To strengthen our market presence, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distributor channels.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Handle negotiations with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and product launches.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain sales records.
- Travel within assigned territories to build and expand customer base.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass, Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be given preference.”.
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Food products.
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
