About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Franchise Manager to expand and strengthen our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting existing franchisees, and ensuring smooth operational coordination across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and appoint new franchise partners in unrepresented and high-potential markets.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with the existing franchise network.
• Conduct brand and product training sessions for franchise owners and their staff.
• Monitor franchise purchase orders and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Coordinate and facilitate dispatch of orders upon receipt of payments, ensuring timelines are met.
• Conduct weekly departmental meetings and analyze performance reports for management review.
• Organize monthly online meetings with franchisees and submit performance evaluations to management.
• Audit quotations and dispatch records, ensuring accuracy and compliance before submission to management.
• Drive business development initiatives and provide strategic solutions to enhance sales performance across franchise locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or operations.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
