Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage job postings, attract candidates, and perform the first-round screening to ensure only the most suitable candidates move forward. This is a flexible, remote role perfect for self-motivated recruiters who enjoy building relationships and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Post job ads across multiple platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Conduct initial candidate screening (phone, video, or written).
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with role and company values.
• Maintain organized candidate records and provide status updates to the hiring team.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in IT or ed-tech roles.
• Excellent communication and evaluation skills.
• Ability to quickly assess candidate fit and potential.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, and online job boards.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in freelance or contract recruiting.
• Understanding of tech stacks, developer roles, and ed-tech hiring.
