Job Title: Freelance Reel & Short-Form Video Creator
Location: Remote
Type: Freelance (Monthly Retainer Possible)
Role Overview
We are building a strong digital presence and are hiring freelance reel & video creators who can create high-quality, engaging short-form videos aligned with a premium brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Edit and create Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Design engaging hooks, captions, and flow
- Maintain visual & tonal consistency
- Optimize videos for retention & engagement
- Collaborate with content & marketing team
- Deliver revisions as required
Requirements
- Proven experience with short-form video content
- Portfolio of Instagram Reels / Shorts
- Strong creative & visual sense
- Proficiency in video editing tools
- Understanding of audience psychology & engagement
- Good communication & time management
