Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Administrator to manage our reception area and support basic office operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers and should have good communication and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors and customers at the front desk
• Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Maintain basic office records and documents
• Coordinate with service engineers and office staff
• Manage simple billing, data entry, and invoice updates
• Keep the reception area neat and organized

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / email)
• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Prior admin or receptionist experience preferred (not mandatory)

Working Hours:

Part-Time – 3 to 4 hours per day
