• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Handle inquiries (in person, over the phone, or via email) and provide accurate information.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support to other departments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
