The Role: Own Your Quota, Drive Real Revenue

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (9 AM - 5 PM Central Time Zone)
As our sales and marketing executive , you'll be the person who opens doors—literally. You'll:
- Own the phone with outbound calling campaigns that uncover real pain points
- Close demos through targeted email campaigns and strategic follow-up
- Demonstrate products in live settings, showing prospects how we solve their actual problems
- Build your pipeline while hitting monthly quota targets that directly impact your commission
This isn't a support role. You're a revenue driver from day one.
Who You Are :
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):
- 1-2+ years of real experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development
- Proven track record closing deals through cold calling and lead qualification
- Experience presenting software products or conducting product demos
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong communication and active listening—you ask questions, you don't just pitch
- Comfortable with rejection and hungry to improve your close rate weekly
- Ability to juggle 30+ leads simultaneously without dropping the ball
- You measure yourself against metrics and celebrate when you exceed them
Nice-to-Have (We'll Train You):
- Experience with AI-powered prospecting tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Background selling B2B software solutions
- Familiarity with sales methodologies.
- Quota overachievement track record (anything above 110%)
