About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who loves building smooth, high-performing web applications and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty testing, debugging, and polishing every detail. You’ll work on both the frontend and backend, mainly using Next.js and Express.js (Node.js), to bring ideas to life and make sure they work flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems through clean, efficient code, and who takes ownership of quality across the entire development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain modern web applications using Next.js (React-based frontend) and Express.js (Node.js backend).
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other developers to translate concepts into production-ready features.
• Implement and optimize APIs, data models, and integrations for performance and scalability.
• Conduct extensive software and web application testing, ensuring every feature works reliably across browsers, devices, and scenarios.
• Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and work proactively to improve user experience.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, explaining what you’re building and why.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack or web developer.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, Express.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies, unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress is a big plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, you’re someone who keeps the team in the loop, not just the code.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with TypeScript, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and security best practices.
• A genuine interest in product quality and user experience.
