GARMENTS QC CUME PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for a qualified QC & Production Manager with strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control and production operations from sampling to final output
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction
• Fabric and trim consumption calculations and averages
• Measuring, cutting, pattern understanding, designing, and styles
• Implement and monitor QC standards at all stages of production
• Coordinate with product designers to discuss and finalize base designs
• Ensure adherence to company pedagogy and production guidelines
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions proactively
• Maintain timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of QC processes and production management
• Good communication skills; Kannada language knowledge is mandatory
• Sincere, hardworking, committed, and initiative-taking personality
• Company growth and development–oriented mindset
