We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.

Basic requirement: Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking, knowledge of GEM Portal / other Govt. Portal e- Bidding, MS Excel with V Lookup, PIVO Table, Spread sheet, Table sum Formulas & Microsoft Outlook Emails.

1. Portal & Account Management

Registration & Compliance: Maintaining and updating the company's profile, ensuring all certifications (GST, MSME, OEM) are current.

Catalogue Management: Uploading and updating product or service listings with accurate specifications, high-quality images, and HSN codes.

Dynamic Pricing: Monitoring competitor rates and adjusting listing prices to remain competitive based on market conditions.

2. Bidding & Tender Operations

Tender Identification: Actively searching for and analyzing relevant bids, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tenders that match the company’s portfolio.

Bid Preparation: Drafting and uploading comprehensive technical and financial bids.

Specialized Bidding: Managing complex bid types such as Bunch Bids, Custom Bids, and participating in Reverse Auctions.

Financial Management: Coordinating the submission of Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG).

3. Order Processing & Execution

Contract Management: Verifying Letter of Award (LOA) or Letter of Intent (LOI) and ensuring compliance with all contractual terms.

Order Fulfillment: Generating invoices and shipping documents on the portal and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.

Incident Management: Resolving queries or disputes from government buyers via the portal's incident management module.

4. Payment & Reporting

Payment Realization: Tracking payment schedules and following up with government departments for timely fund release.

MIS Reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports for management on bid statuses, success rates, and order pipelines.

5. Specialized Roles within GeM

For executives employed directly by the GeM SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), the scope may shift toward platform governance:

Tender Analyst: Identifying whether specific product categories exist on the portal and performing statistical data analysis to drive platform efficiency.

Training Executive: Devising and delivering training strategies for external stakeholders (buyers/sellers) via Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Platform Operations: Monitoring UI/UX, backend issues, and ensuring marketplace sanity regarding catalogue quality and pricing.
