General Manager Sales & Marketing

Job Purpose:Drive business growth by generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into clients, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM data, follow company processes, and ensure high-quality client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:·      Make daily calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.

·      Conduct a minimum of 8 site visits per week to engage prospects.

·      Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.

·      Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.

·      Adhere to company timings, protocols, and reporting guidelines.
