We are looking for motivated and technically sound engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure across quality control, testing, field support, and customer training for industrial-grade UPS systems. The trainee will be groomed to become a well-rounded power electronics professional.

Eligibility Criteria

BE / B.Tech EEE, Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Basic understanding of electrical systems and electronics

Willingness to travel for field assignments (occationally)

Desired Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and customer handling ability

Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of testing instruments (multimeter, etc.)

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Testing

Perform PCB-level inspection and quality checks as per defined standards

Conduct functional testing of UPS systems (factory testing)

Identify and report deviations, defects, and non-conformitiesEnsure adherence to quality protocols and documentation.

System Testing & Validation

Execute testing of UPS systems under various load conditions

Assist in product validation and performance verification

Maintain test reports and documentation for internal records.

Field Support & Troubleshooting

Visit customer sites for troubleshooting and issue resolution (as required)

Diagnose system-level issues and implement corrective actions

Support installation, commissioning, and service activities.

Technical Training & Support

Assist in training OEM/customer engineers on UPS systems

Support preparation of training materials and manuals

Provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Learning

Undergo structured training in power electronics and UPS systems

Work closely with senior engineers for skill development

Participate in internal reviews and improvement initiatives.
