Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and talented Graduate Trainees to join our Marketing team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple event channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategic input to enhance marketing initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and professional growth.
• Fundamental understanding of marketing principles and industry trends.
• Prior internships or project experience in marketing or related fields will be considered an advantage.
