Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong branding mindset and hands-on execution capability. This role requires leading brand-first visual storytelling and delivering high-quality design solutions across digital, packaging, and campaign platforms.

You will be responsible for end-to-end product and brand development — translating product philosophy and brand heritage into cohesive, premium visual identities.

This position suits a detail-oriented, culturally aware designer who can manage projects from concept to final execution while maintaining high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand-first visual storytelling aligned with product philosophy and heritage
• Execute end-to-end visual development: concept, styling, creative direction, and final production assets
• Design across digital platforms, packaging, and integrated campaigns
• Develop strong brand identities for product-led and premium lifestyle brands
• Maintain visual consistency and high design standards across all deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and creative execution
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Required Skills & Expertise

Branding & Creative Skills

• Strong branding and identity development expertise
• Deep understanding of premium and product-led brand positioning
• Ability to create culturally rooted, detail-driven visual narratives
• Experience in end-to-end product and brand development

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CorelDRAW (Mandatory)
• Figma
• Canva

Design & Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of typography, layout systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Video editing capability for campaigns and brand storytelling
• Experience in digital, packaging, and campaign design execution

Founder Mindset Requirement

We are seeking someone with a founder’s mindset — a professional who can help build and shape a design-led brand from the ground up. This includes hands-on involvement in developing strong visual foundations and executing culturally rooted storytelling across platforms.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design equivalent course
• Bachelor of Design (B.Des)
• OR Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design
• OR Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design
• OR BA in Graphic Design

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in branding and graphic design
