Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer creates visual concepts and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

1.     Content Planning, Creation & Graphic designing

Create visual designs for digital and print platforms

Design social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing creatives

Develop logos, brand assets, and brand-consistent visuals

Work with marketing/content teams to translate ideas into visuals

Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with travel seasons, festivals, and promotions Conceptualize and produce: Reels, short videos, carousels, stories, and posts Destination highlights, hotel walkthroughs, travel tips, and testimonials. 

2.     Social Media Marketing Strategy

Develop organic growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers Implement reel-first and video-focused content strategies Identify trends, hashtags, locations, and sounds relevant to travel content Collaborate with influencers, hotels, airlines, and tourism partners 

3.     Social Media Account Management

Manage all social media handles: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn & Google Business Profile Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone across platforms Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries in a timely manner Handle customer queries related to travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and offers Manage online reputation and handle negative feedback professionally 

4.     Brand Building & Campaign Management

Support brand positioning as per company vision (luxury, budget, family, adventure, etc.) Execute festival offers, seasonal campaigns, and flash sales Promote customer testimonials, reviews, and success stories Ensure social media campaigns align with offline marketing initiatives Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms Excellent content sense with visual and storytelling skills Hands-on experience with paid ads & lead generation Basic graphic/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Adobe – preferred) Strong communication & community management skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret insights Passion for travel & tourism industry
