JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Position Details

2. Job Purpose

To design and develop creative visual content, manage video editing requirements, and execute digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and support business growth in the TMT steel segment.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Graphic Design

·       Develop brochures, catalogs, banners, posters, and advertisement creatives

·       Design social media posts and campaign creatives

·       Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials

B. Video Editing

·       Edit promotional, corporate, and product videos

·       Create short-form video content for digital platforms

·       Add motion graphics, transitions, and animations

C. Digital Marketing

·       Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

·       Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

·       Schedule posts, reels, and advertisements

·       Monitor and analyze campaign performance

• Support SEO and online branding initiatives

4. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

5. Experience Required

·       Minimum: 1 year

·       Maximum: 5 years

6. Required Skills

·       Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

·       Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects

·       Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

·       Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics

·       Creativity and attention to detail

·       

7. Preferred Skills

·       Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector

·       Knowledge of Figma or UI/UX tools

·       Photography and videography skills

·       Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

·       

8. Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
