Guest Relations Executive

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. They represent the brand with professionalism, hospitality, and style. Responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointments, coordinating customer flow, and ensuring a seamless client experience from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly as they arrive at the store
• Manage the front desk – handle walk-ins, inquiries, and maintain client waiting area
• Coordinate client appointments and communicate scheduling with stylists
• Assist in basic client profiling and guide them to relevant departments or stylists
• Maintain visitor records, logbooks, and attendance registers
• Support in in-store events and customer engagement activities
• Handle phone calls, messages, and front-desk emails professionally
• Assist the team with administrative support as needed (documentation, reports, etc.)
• Ensure front desk and lounge areas are always clean, presentable, and well-stocked
