Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Gym Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, support member inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests politely and professionally
• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries
• Manage member check-ins and registrations
• Explain gym memberships, offers, and services
• Schedule personal training sessions and appointments
• Handle billing, payments, and basic accounts entries
• Maintain front desk records and daily reports
• Coordinate with trainers and management
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (gym/fitness preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, CRM)
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours
• Sales-oriented mindset is a plus
• Education & ExperienceMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers may apply)
