Job Description
Hardware Testing & Root Cause Engineer- To ensure every product performs reliably in the real world by deeply understanding failures and eliminating them at the root — not just fixing symptoms.
Take complete ownership of product testing lifecycle
Design and execute test plans for embedded systems and hardware
Identify, isolate, and diagnose failures in:
- PCB assemblies
- Sensors, controllers, and embedded systems
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured thinking
Work closely with design & production teams to eliminate recurring issues
Build testing SOPs, checklists, and documentation
