Qualifications

• Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Mandatory experience in contracting companies
• Proven experience handling projects worth ₹500 Cr or more
• Strong background in industrial projects

We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and drive operational success across multiple industrial projects.

Position:

Head of Operations- Role Summary The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, quality compliance, and optimal resource utilization. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on project management expertise—particularly within industrial projects and contracting companies.

Key Responsibilities--

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple industrial projects.
• Work with senior management to set KPIs and operational objectives.

2. Project Management

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance protocols.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes.

4. Resource Management

• Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure availability and performance of skilled labour.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships effectively.
• 5. Financial ManagementPrepare and control operational budgets.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and approve project cost estimations and financial reports.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement training as required.

7. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and achievements clearly.
• Handle feedback and drive corrective actions where needed.
