DESIGNATION:

Helper

ROLES,RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

·        Prepare lamination machine.

·        Install the cylinder with the images to be printed.

·        Ink the machine, load Film, and adjust the cylinder to the film size.

·        Ensure that film and ink meet specifications.

·        Adjust the flow of ink to the inking rollers accordingly.

·        Guide film through the press cylinders and adjust feed and tension controls.

·        Monitor the operation and keep the feeders well stocked.

·        Make adjustments to manage ink distribution, speed, and temperature in the drying chamber.

·        Correct film tears or jams.

·        Search for and correct problems.

·        Make quick corrections to avoid expensive losses of film and ink.

·        Pull sheets to check for printing imperfections.

·        Set up, monitor, and adjust the printing process on a control panel or computer monitor.

·        Oil and clean the machine and make minor repairs.

·        Perform preventive maintenance.

·        Maintain good housekeeping of machineries and production area

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

0 to 1 Years experience in Flexible packaging manufacturing

SKILL REQUIREMENT:

·        Setting up Machine

·        Cylinder fixing

·        Rubber roller fixing,Lading and unloading of material,

·        Ink mixing& colour matching

·        Loading of Ink

·        Housekeeping
