Home Loan Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Executive to generate home loan business through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals. The role involves sourcing customers, explaining loan products, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and generate home loan leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners

• Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals

• Follow up with customers and internal teams for timely disbursement

• Maintain strong relationships with builders, agents, and channel partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company and bank policies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

• Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage sales preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of banking and financial products

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
