Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Officer – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, cross-selling a wide range of banking products, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and acquire customers for various banking products.

Cross-sell the bank’s products including loans, insurance, and investment services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Ensure all field sales activities are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.

Manage a defined customer portfolio to deliver superior service and drive product penetration.

Travel to customer locations for sales meetings and service-related interactions.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales vertical; BFSI experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel for field sales.

Owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is highly preferred.

Local language proficiency is an added advantage.
