Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Home Tutors to provide personalized academic support to students at their homes or through online platforms. The tutor will be responsible for helping students understand concepts, improve grades, and develop effective study habits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions at the student’s home or online.
• Teach subjects as per the school syllabus (ICSE / CBSE / IGCSE / State Board, etc.).
• Prepare customized lesson plans and learning materials.
• Monitor and assess students’ academic progress regularly.
• Clarify doubts, revise difficult topics, and prepare students for exams.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject or field.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, punctuality, and professionalism.
