Hostel Warden

Looking for a a female and a male Hostel warden for GRV Devanahalli campus.

1. General Responsibilities (For Both Male & Female Wardens)Student Supervision – Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students in the hostel.
2. Hostel Administration – Maintain records of residents, check-in/check-out process, and overall hostel management.
3. Discipline & Code of Conduct – Enforce hostel rules, resolve disputes, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
4. Safety & Security – Ensure security measures are in place, conduct regular checks, and address emergency situations.
5. Health & Hygiene – Monitor cleanliness, ensure proper sanitation, and assist students with medical needs.
6. Conflict Resolution – Mediate disputes between students and address complaints.
7. Liaison with Authorities – Coordinate with college administration, parents, and local authorities when required.
8. Facilities Management – Oversee maintenance of rooms, common areas, and utilities.
9. Counseling & Support – Provide emotional and moral support to students, especially those staying away from home for the first time.
10. Event Coordination – Organize cultural, educational, and recreational activities for hostel residents.

• Specific ResponsibilitiesFor Male Warden:Supervise and mentor male students.
• Handle discipline and conflicts within the boys' hostel.
• Ensure male residents adhere to curfew and hostel policies.
• For Female Warden:Supervise and provide guidance to female students.
• Ensure safety and security for female residents.
• Address gender-specific concerns like medical issues, safety protocols, and emergencies.
