HR

The Human Resources professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and compliance. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle people and processes efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of employees and interns
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave records, and monthly HR data
• Communicate and enforce company policies, rules, and guidelines
• Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace grievances
• Coordinate performance tracking with respective managers
• Ensure workplace discipline and adherence to company standards
• Manage employee exits, handovers, and HR formalities
• Support internal communication, engagement activities, and trainings
• Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management
