Job Description
We’re hiring an HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing on various platforms, screening, interview coordination, offers) and core HR ops (onboarding, documentation, attendance & payroll inputs, office ops, compliance support).
You’ll maintain hiring dashboards, build talent pipelines for sales/tech/non-tech roles, and drive weekly SLAs with stakeholders.
Requirements: proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, strong organizational skills and good communication.
